ECMI Director Prof. Malloy is today at the Falmouth University, Cornwall/ UK to chair the inaugural UK National Minority Summit.

From her experience as a member of the Advisory Committee of the Council of Europe´s Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities, Prof. Malloy will introduce a catalogue of the most important rights for minorities.

She will further elaborate on possible executive structures and legislative frameworks that can be implemented to assure the monitoring and protection of minority rights. She will also present a list of key comparative findings on available structures and consultative bodies in Europe.
