The European Centre for Minority Issues has employed Dr. Andreea Carstocea as a new Research Associate.
Andreea Carstocea is from Sibiu, Romania. She began her duties as a Research Associate at ECMI Flensburg in mid-June.
Dr Carstocea is mainly contracted to assist in the Justice & Governance cluster and in pursuing its research programme.
Her expertise falls within the remit of institutional arrangements for minority participation. Particularly, Andreea Carstocea has done research on unintended consequences of political representation of minorities in South Eastern Europe.
